Monthly AHS Chapter Meetings

Join us for monthly Chapter meetings where you can network with fellow harpists, share your passion for the harp, and stay informed about upcoming events and initiatives. 

Our upcoming chapter meetings will take place on:

-Saturday, September 20, 2025, 3pm: Our theme is "Getting Back in the Groove"

-Saturday, October 26, 2025, 3pm: Masterclass with Emily Levin, Principal Harpist with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, 2pm

-Saturday, November 15, 2025, 3pm: Harp Care and Maintenance 

 

All meetings will be held at the Butler School of Music Harp Ensemble Room (Floor 6) on the UT Austin campus. The Butler School of Music is located in the Music Recital Hall building (MRH) on the northeast side of the 40 acres.

Upcoming Events

  • October 27, 2025: Emily Levin trio recital, 7:30pm, Bates Recital Hall. $10 for students, $20 for adults.
  • December 2, 2025: UT Harp Studio Recital, 7:30pm
  • December 8, 2025: Mallory McHenry will be giving a recital in Bates Recital Hall at UT on December 8th at 7:30pm. It will feature the Invoke quartet and the amazing keyboardist/organist Asriel Davis. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students.

2025 Kickoff Meeting

Our March 2025 kickoff meeting was a great success! UT Austin student Hannah Beeler gave a beautiful performance of Hasselman's "La Source," and a new Austin Harp Society Board was voted in.
